This literature review will go through the new tradition that has been recently prevalent in the organizational sector where they are heavily relying on the other organization whose sole purpose to be found is to get the staffs for the organization that they are in contact with on the basis of payment. This review will go through the working of the unions and will look at the actions of the staffing agencies that have challenged the long-standing unions and have made it fall. Agents are hiring the staff for the organization but the ethics of the staff that they are providing also need to be correct which afterward will reflect in his working in the organization.
